Main objective of this program is to ensure higher retention rate amongst customers which is only possible if the customer perceives a monetary, emotional or psychological benefit for maintaining a continuous relationship with the dealership over a period of time. • Loyalty Program is specifically designed to assist dealerships in increasing sales, service volumes & enhanced sale of value added services.
Loyalty Program is based on a reward point system. Reward Points are the monetary benefit that get accumulated in Loyalty Card that can later be redeemed against something substantial. • These reward points are added once a sale is generated by or through a customer. E.g. On purchase of vehicle the customer will be entitled to x number of points. (Generated by the customer) or When a customer refers another customer who ends up purchasing the vehicle again the points are rewarded to the customer. (Generated through a customer)
